Ascendify AI is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Mikkeli, Finland, by Lauri Ollikainen and Nga Reh. We provide an AI mentor platform to help you reach your goals through personalized guidance, voice interaction, and habit and goal tracking.

2. What Information We Collect
When you use Ascendify AI, we collect the following data:

Personal Information: Name and email address
User Input: Your stated goals, focus areas, personal challenges, and journey descriptions
Mentor Memory: AI-generated summaries of your conversations, which help the mentor personalize responses
Payment Information: Managed securely via Stripe (we do not store your credit card details)
We do not store or process your raw voice recordings. Audio data is streamed and processed in real time via Ultravox SDK. Ultravox may generate brief, non-sensitive conversation summaries strictly to provide context to your AI mentor.

 
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to enhance your experience on Ascendify AI. Specifically, we use it to:

Personalize your AI mentor interactions
Track and manage your goals, habits, and notes
Facilitate secure subscription billing through Stripe
Deliver occasional email newsletters and product updates (which may include light marketing)
We do not use third-party analytics. Your data is not sold, shared, or used for retargeting.

 
4. Data Storage & Security
All your data is securely stored in Supabase, a trusted and encrypted cloud storage provider. Audio data is temporarily processed via Ultravox SDK and never stored on our servers.

Stripe handles all payment processing, including any required billing information. We never store your payment credentials.

We take all reasonable measures to ensure your data is protected and private.

 
5. Communications
By signing up or purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive:

Transactional emails (e.g., confirmations, receipts)
Occasional newsletters and product updates
You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time via the link in the footer of each message.

 
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:

Request a copy of the data we store about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent to our processing (if applicable)
